Somerset home sales split evenly across three price tiers in late summer

Somerset recorded 19 property transfers from July 17 to Aug. 15, with prices ranging from $350,000 to $855,000 and a median disclosed sale price of $555,000 across the 13 transactions with a reported price. The month's top sale was 57 Oneil Rd., which sold for $855,000 on July 31. Sales split roughly evenly across three price tiers, under $500,000, $500,000 to $600,000, and above $600,000, with no street recording more than one sale. Notably, all six transactions without a disclosed price involved family members or a personal trust on both sides of the deed, while every sale between unrelated parties reported a price.
