Somerset home sales range from $375,000 to $724,900 in latest deed filings
Somerset recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with 13 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $375,000 to $724,900, with a median of $468,422. The top sale was 126 Grove Ave. at $724,900, sold by Peter D. and Wendy L. LoPriore to Vanessa and Shawn R. Miranda. The seven transfers without a disclosed price were all trust, life estate or family transfers rather than sales to unrelated buyers. No street had more than one recorded sale, and no transfer in this period exceeded $1 million.
