Somerset recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Nine carried a sale price, ranging from $424,900 to $3,682,762, with a median of $560,000; the other nine await pricing data, which typically posts within about a week. The month's standout transaction was a $3,682,762 sale at 505 Gar Hwy, far above every other recorded deed, from REDS Somerset Inc. to Colbea Enterprises LLC. Excluding that outlier, sales clustered between $424,900 and $724,900. Several transfers moved property within families or into trusts. Eighteen deeds in four weeks points to steady, if unspectacular, turnover in Somerset's housing stock.
