Somerset home sales split evenly between price tiers in late summer

Somerset recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, per Bristol County (Fall River District) registry deeds. Twelve of the 20 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $400,000 to $685,000, with a median of $492,500. The top sale was 92 Everett St., a condominium unit that sold for $685,000 on Aug. 7 to David J. and Caisie M. Bucklin. Disclosed sales split evenly between six transactions under $500,000 and six between $500,000 and $1 million, with no sale exceeding $1 million and no street recording more than one sale, indicating a period of steady, dispersed activity rather than concentration in any single price tier or neighborhood.
