Somerset home sales span $445,000 to $640,000 in latest deed filings
Somerset recorded 18 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, per Bristol County (Fall River District) Registry of Deeds data, with 12 recorded sale prices ranging from $445,000 to $640,000 and a median of $525,000. The top sale was 205 Eastview Ave. at $640,000, sold by Marc J. Sutherland to Desiree S. Cantwell. Five sales carried condominium-style lot designations, and all six transfers with no price recorded yet were between family members, often involving life estates or existing family trusts, while every recorded sale involved unrelated buyers and sellers.
