Somerset Home Sales Range From $350,000 to $855,000 in August
Somerset recorded 20 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with 12 deeds disclosing a sale price ranging from $350,000 to $855,000 and a median of $520,250. The month's top sale was 57 Oneil Rd at $855,000, sold by Lucy and James Keith Shumate to Javier Ancre Carr and Jena Rossignol. Eight of the 20 deeds did not list a price, several involving trust, estate or intra-family transfers. No street had more than one recorded sale, and eight of the 20 transfers referenced condominium or subdivided-parcel lots rather than standalone addresses.
