Prices among the 14 sales with recorded amounts ranged from $350,000 to $855,000, with a median of $535,000. The month's top sale was 57 Oneil Rd, which sold for $855,000 on July 31. Six transactions, nearly a third of the total, listed no sale price; most of those show buyer and seller names indicating a transfer within the same family or into a trust. Recorded sales split fairly evenly between the under-$500,000 tier and the $500,000-to-$1 million tier, with no sale exceeding $1 million.
