Somerset Records 20 Property Sales As Median Price Hits $535,000
Somerset recorded 20 property sales between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Bristol County (Fall River District) Registry of Deeds filings. Prices among the 14 sales with disclosed amounts ranged from $350,000 to $855,000, with a median of $535,000. The month's top sale was 57 Oneil Rd, which sold for $855,000 on July 31. Six transactions, nearly a third of the total, listed no sale price; most of those show buyer and seller names indicating a transfer within the same family or into a trust. Disclosed sales split fairly evenly between the under-$500,000 tier and the $500,000-to-$1 million tier, with no sale exceeding $1 million.
